Denny (the guy who owns it) is a Chicagoan and imports all of his ingredients from Chicago, including Vienna Beef hot dogs w/bright green relish, etc. His Italian beefs are as good as any I've had in Chicago, and I grew up there. There's also a place called Michael's in Portland, OR near Burnside St., but his stuff isn't quite as good as Denny's.
