Try "Jake's" or "Jake's Famous Crawfish" - excellent Seafood, call and make reservations or you'll wait at least a half hour. "McCormick & Schmicks" is another great Restaurant and also try the "Pilsner Room" if you want to taste Portland's many different styles of beer. This place has a great view of the river.
