while i'm at it....if anybody is ever in Toledo, Ohio stop in at.....

Tony Packo's

(this is the restaurant that Klinger is always talking about on M.A.S.H.)

the chili is to die for and a couple of hungarian hot dogs with chili topping and onions is ecstasy!!!!!

of course, the stuff ain't exactly on anybody's list of food to eat while on a diet...in other words fattening as all hell!!!! but it is very popular in Toledo, but except for lunch, dinner, and evenings you can get a table (in other words at odd hours you're ok). also, success hasn't ruined it and it is not very expensive...you can eat like a pig for under 10 dollars!

some words of caution....

1) eating at off hours (not lunch or dinner, etc.) you run the risk of
having the hungarian hot dogs sit in the water for a while, so they
aren't as fresh....they get a bit rubbery. so that's my only
complaint, make sure your hungarian hot dogs are fresh.

2) if you are on a date, don't go here cuz the spices and onions will
make your breath smell to high heaven. people can generally smell
tony packo's on your breath the next day...but damn it, it's worth
it! another warning should be given about the effects of the
chili but decorum prevents me, so i'll leave it up to your imagination.

enjoy!

I had two meals at Tony Packo's five or six years ago, and I still talk about them. The BEST chilli I have ever eaten. I am not sure that I ever want to go back to Toledo...but if I do, it is because Tony Packo's is there!!!
