I just got home from a wonderful meal at the Thai Orchid Restaurant, which I would now like to highly recommend to anyone looking for Thai/Chinese food in the Columbus area. They offer an almost overwhelming variety of dishes. Every one of the ones we tried was outstanding. The staff also did a marvelous job of accomodating and serving our group of 23 (16 adults, 6 children under 7). The restaurant is located at 7654 Sawmill Rd., about a mile north of 270. They >do carry-out and local delivery, too. yes! this was the first restaurant i sample when i first moved to town in april, 1993, and it remains one of my favorites. they know me very well there -- i'm "mr. holy basil chicken" twice a week, although i'm starting to break out of that rut and am trying many other dishes. excellent! det
