Johnny's, just past E18th. on Euclid, is a great diner for lunch (run by the same people who run Slyman's). Their sandwiches are delicious -- and usually too big for your mouth. For dinner, Acapella restaurant (bottom of Keith building, E17th and Euclid) is a great little Italian restaurant. Definitely call ahead before going, as if there is a theater production that night, they tend to fill up. If you like Chinese food, check out Li Wah Cuisine at E. 30th and Payne. And if you are fond of Chinese food around brunch time, they have a great dim sum brunch.
