There is an excellent Chinese restaurant (the name of which escapes me at the moment, but it is the only one) on the main business street in the center of Steubenville. It is located in the middle of the block on the right side of the street as you head north toward the bridge to Wheeling and well before you get to the Cathedral of the Catholic Diocese of Steubenville. It is definately open on Sundays (probably the only thing in downtown Steubenville that is.)
