It was really busy when we were there, even though it was a mid-week evening, which is nice because you aren't left wondering just how long the tuna's been sitting around. They have some amazing constructions shaped like wooden boats, which serve as platforms for mountains of sushi, tempura, little paper parasols, etc. Heads really turn when someone orders these -- they're the Japanese version of the attention-getting sizzling pu-pu platter... The architecture of the building inside is beautiful, very appealing. Paula

For a real treat get the pickle assortment appetizer. Jon-Who has long since tired of Parizade since George left- Brophy
Sushi Yoshi was very good the last time I was there. The first time I went there the sanitation grade was a B!!!! I noticed this on the way out and swore I would not go back. A friend convinced me to return and informed me their grade was improved to an A. Kashin, in Crossroads Plaza in Cary is still better. At the very least the atmosphere is much nicer than Sushi Yoshi and IMHO their Sushi/sashimi is better as well. Kashin also has great Udon. I'll have to give the Udon a try next time I'm at Sushi Yoshi.
