Salmon at Lucky 32

The current menu theme at Lucky 32 is favorite items from various Bed and Breakfast locations. Vicki and I had brunch there today and sampled two of their theme items. Simply put, the items were both well prepared and absolutely delicious. Either would be favorites if place on the non-rotating menu.

Vicki had a chicken breast sandwich that was served on a huge soft bun with sautéed red peppers and smoked Havarti(?) cheese. While not in the "gourmet" category, it was perfectly prepared and delicious. I had the crusted salmon fillet served with a lemony sauce and Trillium topping. The salmon was cooked to perfection and the sauce and crust was simply the best I've ever had.

My reason for posting this is that while Lucky 32 isn't a new restaurant, it occasionally reinvents itself through changes or additions to its menu. If you've not been there in a while, give it a try.
