Recommendaton for a Good Easter Sunday Breakfast Brunch?

This will be our third year at the Velvet Cloak Inn on Hillsboro.  The brunch is $15.95 per person and has an excellent selection.  No breakfast food though, which I still find odd.  Another place is the Holiday Inn on Highway 40, near the park, it's $16.95 per person.  I haven't eaten there but a friend said the Mother's Day brunch was excellent.  Happy Easter!
