One of my friends (normally not bothered by hot foods) ordered the "killer burrito special" at Bandidos and was begging for ice water shortly thereafter.  This was a "Special" not on the normal menu, but I'm sure the hot sauce is back there in the kitchen if you ask for it. I don't know the source of the heat, but I suspect it was habaneros.

Burrito Bunker will add as much jalapeno as you like to your food.  I've had some pretty spicy burritos there.
