I had the opportunity to dine at Harrison's Restaurant on Harrison Ave. In Cary below the gas station and the Pure Gold Strip Club. We used to dine there all the time, but haven't been back recently. Our experience...... My wife asked if they had a smaller order of their $5.99 pound of chicken wings. The waitress offered a 1/2 order. When it came, it consisted of 4 chicken wings. When the bill came, it was for $4.99, or a whopping, and insulting $1.25 per wing! We questioned the waitress, and it was not a mistake. Also, on our bill was 2 charges for .75 cents for extra bar-b-que sauce, and 2 charges of $.58 for a tiny cup of pickles. Bottom line, the food is good, but the prices for a place like that aren't! Our reccomendation.....don't go there anymore, cause we won't. Go to Jaspers at Preston corners, now that's an A-1 restaurant!
