Great Dim Sum

Try Hong Kong, on Guess Road just three blocks north of I-85 in Durham.  They serve Dim Sum all week long, but the real thing (litterally "a la carts") is only done on Saturday and Sunday during lunch (11-3?).  The place is packed with Orientals, which is always a good sign, and their chef's are from Hong Kong.

The dim sum is noticeably better at China One in the Park.
