Mandarin House on 15-501 across from South Square in durham. The dim sum is the most imaginative and best tasting. Since discovering this place, we have tried the others again as a comparison, such as Hong Kong on Guess Road, and the others do not stack up.

At the Mandarin house, they have a cart that they will use to cook fresh potstickers, turnip cakes, shrimp in chili peppers (hot!) and other delights right at your table. They have sui mai in regular wrappers as well as in seaweed wrappers... lots of imaginative stuff. You can;t go wrong.
