I tend to be somewhat more descriptive, probably because I am female. My husband wrote to express our opinion of this fine (excellent food) restaurant. Let me go on about the quality of the ingredients----top of the line---and fresh. The flavor of fresh cannot be beat and Ciao Bella knows that too. I have very warm, fuzzy feelings remembering the slice of New York pizza at the Jersey Shore---this pizza brings me right back!! While waiting for our pizza to cook---the smell was fantastic and I couldn't help but stalk the food on others plates---it looked fantastic. The look on the eaters faces confirmed that fact to me---that look almost embarrassed me----I felt like I was invading a private moment of ecstasy. Ciao Bella won't be a little hole in the wall for long (Cole Park Plaza---15-501 between Chapel Hill and Pittsboro). I see big things for the Anthony and Iiona---Swen too. The best food comes from the love of a job well done.

I thought that I read some comments about Ciao Bella, located at Cole Park Plaza, on this newsgroup yesterday. Was I mistaken? Anyway, we carried out from Ciao Bella last evening. We ordered the cheese pizza and the meatball pizza. Both were done neopolitan style. The pies were fantastic!!!! These pizzas were as advertized--"a pizza you cannot refuse." The crust was light and flavorful. The sauce had the perfect amount of garlic and oregano. We asked for extra sauce and actually received it! They use Grande cheese, which was wonderful. We met two of the owners, Anthony and Ilona Galatioto. They were eager to please, offering fantastic customer service. I can truly say that my family will be loyal customers of Ciao Bella from this point forward. We particularly look forward to trying some of their pasta dishes.
