Great new little restaurant! Chef John Café and Catering. It is in Cary, at the corner of Maynard & Harrison, in the Northwoods Market shopping center, back in the corner. The lighted sign says "Cafe and Catering". There are two-three outside tables & maybe a dozen inside. Very quiet atmosphere (lots of blond wood & mirrors), but the food is GREAT!! There seems to be a good, if short wine list, but we didn't sample any. We just stopped in for a quick bite, and the salads were SO good we decided to wait until we had more time to truly savor a full meal there. Pricing is very modest, especially for the area (it's only a mile or so from SAS). They are only a few weeks old and still not well-known, so give them a try. You won't be sorry! T.
