The usual stuff? Maybe for a restaraunt three times the size, and twice the price. Definitely venture. I've had the marsala, a couple different subs, calzone, antipasto, and of course chocolate chip canneloni. All great!

Have to agree about service. They still seem to be training their staff, and learning their way around their own kitchen. I would assume this happens with some new restaraunts. I'm just glad to have something better than the noid down that way. I do mostly take out too, but they have the outdoor seating to avoid the noise if you do eat it there.

Casa Carbone is located about a mile or so beyond Crabtree Valley Mall going toward Durham, same side of the road, in Oak Park Shopping Center.
