Judging by the patronage, many people also enjoy the 501 Diner on 15-501 in Chapel Hill and Brigs near the corner of 54 and 55 in RTP (a restaurant, name forgotten, on East Franklin across the parking lot from Applebee's has an identical menu to Brigs).
