What has been your dining experience here?

My husband and I went there the other night and were disappointed. At first we were impressed with the look of the place, even if it is a bit noisy. But it DOES look first class. We were shown to our table, and the first thing I noticed was paper napkins. It struck us both that a place aspiring to be upscale, would use paper napkins. The menu looked very interesting, from the appetizers through desserts. We decided to eat light, though, and just ordered our entrees. My husband ordered the Lemon Linguini with shrmp and scallops, and I ordered the linguini with dill sauce topped with smoked salmon. Within five minutes, our entrees arrived. This also struck us as odd, especially when we found that the pastas were overcooked. Mine actually was stuck together in several large clumps. They apparently don't cook to order. The sauces on both our dishes were very good, but we left less than satisfied.
