"Sweet Tomato" in Scott's Corners, NY is an unbelievable find that no one seems to know about. It is located in a store front space that must have housed a restaurant with a western motive. The setting is somewhat strange, but the management puts their considerable efforts into wonderful food. I have yet to have a dish that did not go well beyond expectation. The hot and sour soup is the best ever and you go from there. Good eating, ISC
