My two favorite Chinese restaurants in town are:

Hunan Empire - Nothern Lights Mall, Mattydale exit off of Route 81 House of China - about a half mile north of the Hunan Empire on Route 11

I'd say both are equally good; also, these restaurants were recommended to me by Chinese friends.

Can't help you with the Korean or Japanese.

Hi!

There is also "Korea House" on Erie Blvd - they serve Korean, Japanese, and Chinese dishes. One of the best restaurants in Syracuse! And easy to get to from either S.U. or LeMoyne.
