My favorite in Syracuse is Carmella's. Good food, fun place, decent price. Garcia's is a pretty good Mexican restaurant, Hunan Empire is fine for Chinese, Grimaldi's is a popular Italian place, King David's serves up Lebanese, Twin Trees' is famous for their pizza, Heid's is legendary around here for their hot dogs, the newest "in" restaurant is the Swiss Chalet, Rib Inn's has the best ribs in town, and Nikki's is the classiest place. That should get you started.
