I am going to Santa Fe with my uncle for a long weekend next month. Last year we went and ate at the following establishments.

Santa Cafe - My uncle was wild about it but I was luke warm Embudo Station - Loved the ambience, the food was OK Jacquelina's (Taos) - Had a wonderful meal Paul's Restaurant - I loved my lunch, my uncle was luke warm Inn of the Anasazi - Neither of us found it that good Tesuque Village Market - Nice breakfast Corn Dance Cafe - Worst meal of our trip

Now that we are returning this year, what new places should we not miss?

These aren't really new, but I enjoyed them when I lived there
