I had the opportunity to try the new Rosa! restaurant in Albq this weekend. The menu is classic Rosa like she used to do at the Monte Vista Fire Station; emphasis on frsh ingredients, sometimes in rather strange and unusual, nay even a bit bizarre combinations that sometimes don't work, but most of the time do. The restaurant is in the old Restaurant Andre/Rattlestaks location at Fashion Square at Lomas & Carlisle (or San Mateo, I forget) and she has done a very nice job a redecorating this rather unusual space. Best of all, Rosa has done an extremely good job with the wine list; lots of really interesting different wines at very reasonable prices. Rosa! is a welcome addition to the rather ordinary restaurant scene in Albq and worth checking out. TomHill
