Howard Wilson [email removed] My in-laws lived in El Paso until a year or so ago. One place we went that was upscale was in Las Cruces, New Mexico (its hard to find upscale in El Paso). Las Cruces is about a half hour drive from El Paso. It was called Billy Cruz and I would put it in the Continental category. They have great steaks and great service. I remember that I especially enjoyed the house salad which was served in a lettuce leaf bowl. Its a classy place. Sorry I can't provide the address but I was only a guest.
