If you're spending some time in Santa Fe, don't miss Paul's on Marcy Street a few blocks off the Plaza. Try the grilled eggplant and goat cheese salad for starters.

A resounding second on Linda's rec for Pauls. Very reasonably priced for
a town that has a bit too many overpriced restaurants. The soups here are invariably very good. And he does a pumpkin bread stuffed with various SouthWest spicy thingeys that is outstanding. Small quiet fairly intimate atmosphere. TomHill

I concur with the Paul's/Sante Fe fan club. We were steered there a couple of weeks ago by a waiter at another Sante Fe restaurant, and we loved it. Pleasant, unassuming environment with great food, nice people.
