My idea of white pizza is a thin fresh crust with delicately shaved garlic, and at least three types of cheese. Mozzarella, Romano, and what my ex-mother-in-law called Fromage a fresca. The best example I have ever had of this wonderful creation was at a place in North Conway, NH called Elvio's. Before the execution, I will request it for my last repast. Jeff
