Where to eat on 93/89 up to ski country (NO FAST FOOD)

I recommend Mad River Tavern, exit 28? off I 93 (the Waterville Valley Ski Area exit), just about a mile off the highway.  Yummy food, good separation between bar and restaurant, reasonable prices.  Looked like a nice apre ski place (it was definitely a good apre hike place!)
