Shabu-shabu is prepared at your table at Osaka Tea Garden in the Lamplighter Square across from the Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua, NH. My wife and I go there for the shabu-shabu a few times a year and it is good. It's prepared at your table, and if they don't have private rooms, they at least have tables around the edge of the restaurant screened on three sides.

It's not as good as the shabu-shabu I had in Tokyo, but it's pretty good.
