Ate lunch today at the Tamarack Drive-inn rest in Laconia, NH not far from the cool inviting lake Winnepasaukee. 35 years in business and they do know how to serve a great lobster roll. Heaping with fresh chunks of lobster meat on a traditional frank bun, a terrific value at $6.99. Onion rings were a disappointing commercial batter that was heavy but on the whole a good traditional New England experience. Line up give em your order, go sit under the shade trees at a picnic table or dine inside airconditioned comfort. Your choice. Jeff
