You have to be talking about Carollos. It is located on Sunset Road and Eastern Avenue. Sunset road parallels runway 25L.

If you really want good ribs and have wheels, I would suggest driving east on Tropicana a few miles (say 3 or so) to Pecos Road. Turn left on Pecos Road and turn into the shopping center on the corner. Look for a bar called Big Johns. They share the premises with a restaurant called Tommy's. They have hickory smoked ribs that are the best I've eaten (I drive all the way across the valley to eat there). The prices are sooooo reasonable too! It costs about $8.00 for short order of baby back ribs, potato, garlic bread, and a salad (be sure to try the creamy garlic dressing if you like garlic).

Don't be put off by the outside appearance of the bar, the food is great. All of it, not just the ribs. They have a great menu with a full array of steaks, chicken, and seafood.
