I ate one memorable dinner at Spagos, Wolfgang Pucks place at The Forum in Caesars Palace. The food, service and presentation were 4 star. Standard California style though, huge plate with not much on it. Very good wine list. $$$$. If you have the urge for a great Corned Beef or Pastrami sandwich, Caesars also has a Vegas version of the Stage Door Deli. At the MGM Grand, The California Cafe and Mark Millers Coyote Cafe are also great choices.. Have fun, D. Greenwald
