Seems like the old Xinh Xinh, except they seem to have more pricier items available (haven't looked for old takeout menus yet to see if they raised prices on old items), and they have a bit of beer and wine available. The cafe sua da is still great. Dunno if same owners, but the waiters looked familiar.
