Fios, not impressed

I finally went to Fios after reading about how wonderful it was. (It brought back memories of the leather bottle which occupied the same space many years ago. They had a good salad bar and a great dressing.)

We had a good meal at Fios but it wasn't better than a number of other restaurants that charge ALOT less.

The focus was a six course theme meal including meat from a variety of different animals (elk, moose, muscovy duck, ostrich, rattlesnake, etc). That did not charm us. You could substitute any other dishes on the menu which seemed pretty flexible.

We had the salmon and scallops with a curry sauce, mushroom fritters, carpaccio of tuna. All were good but not great. You also could order as many servings as you liked. I do like that policy particularly for the price.

I am glad that went but I wouldn't go back.
