Personally, we are partial to the Peking and Hunan Garden.  They are in a small strip center on Manchester, behind Starbucks.  The owner's father usually sits by the front window and greets the guests.  We've never had a bad meal there/

I vote for Shu Feng on Olive, near 170.  Vietnamese/Chinese place.
