while you're in natchez, GO to king's tavern (anyone should be able to direct you to it, and it will probably be within walking distance of your hotel (which i *hope* is the natchez*eola). it is the coolest place. haunted. the atmosphere is wonderful. the specialty is prime rib. me and the s.o. ate there, ate a LOT there, and the bill was like $40.00. it was sooooo cool. you must try bayonna in new oh. cheryl from baton rouge, homesick in san francisco. e-mail me if you want more info. have fun! I'm very familiar w/N.O., but I really want to comment on Natchez which is a wonderful city; best food - Liza's; (601) 446-6368; food is excellent, very nice atmosphere - don't go anywhere else.
