On another hamburger note, if you are ever up in Minnesota, in the twin cities, look for Matt's. It just a neighbor hood bar/burger joint, but they are famous for what is called the "Juicy Lucy". It's basically two hamburger patties with the cheeze in the middle, enclosed inside the burger. There always seemed to be coupons in the local paper for buy one - get one free.
