I hope you get a few more responses. I have a feeling that Tijuana has some fine restaurants. After all, it has a population of around a million people. I'm afraid I haven't been there in about 9 years so I'm probably a bit out of date. The two places that I liked were La Costa and El Rodeo. La Costa, located about 1/2 block from the Fronton, specialized in seafood. El Rodeo, a bit east of the central business district, served traditional Sonoran food, which is to say, beef, beef, and beef in numerous and different ways, and all very good. I hope they are still there. Good luck- D.M.
