Birthday dinner at Yokahama restaurant in Lawrence. Four people.....three
decent meals served tepanyaki style withj an entertaining dextrous chef,
 however the service was dreadful.
Chicken entree undercooked, pink and not edible. Chef left. No help in
sight. Asked to see the manager. Ten minutes later he had not arrived. This
is a small restaurant, not a large place. We were a group of four who
arrived and ate together. We received two different simuntaneous bills that
 were for a different table.
Again asked to see the manager. Not in town I guess. We sat for an
additional 15 minutes awaiting the correct bill.
The managers wife showed up asked how our meal was. We told her of the slow
indifferent service and the undercooked chicken.
Mind you this place has a sushi bar, where improperly prepared food can
have lethal consequences. Her response was an unapoligetic indifference. My
stepdaughter's birthday was very unpleasant due to the uncaring attitude
 displayed by management.
We will not visit here again.
