Try COUNTRY LIFE, on Broad Street (in Boston), near Batterymarch. It's
totally vegan, with great simulations of meat dishes made from seitan.
The place is run by Seventh Day Adventists (though not by the church), so
it follows that religion's healthy strictures on food. Lunch is all you
can eat for $5.70. (My only complaint is that some of the dishes get
 heavy on salt.)

Also try BUDDHA'S DELIGHT, a vegan Vietnamese restaurant on Beech Street.
 Very delicious and reasonably priced.
