There's a restaurant in Mashpee (between Hyannis & Falmouth) called the Flume, which serves pretty good (though overpriced) seafood, and good Portuguese dishes, especially the Kale soup. There are nice bean-based Portuguese dishes. I believe the only seafood-based Portuguese dish they have uses Bacalao, which is salted dried codfish. They're at a somewhat obscure location off of 130, I think not too far from the town center.
