I guess what impressed me was that it was a seafood market as well as a restaurant, so there is a good chance the seafood is fresh. It was the day I was there.
Boston, MA
lunch in Woburn?

Yes, the Far East. It's especially recommended for non-city Dim Sum, though I think the Peking Garden (which is not all-you-can-eat, versus Far East, which has both steam tables and carts) is better, less greasy. I'm rarely there at lunch time (I live in Woburn, work in Cambridge) but when I've been, it's been packed. Bishop's Seafood in Woburn Center has been there a long time, and is good; we prefer Liberty Bell, a block south. For the best quantity per unit dollar, and decent quality, I'd recommend the lunch specials at the Oriental on Woburn Square (formerly Brigham's.) There's an Italian buffet south of Woburn Square (345?) but I've never been there.
