Well, I am not a real expert, but my favorites are
WooChon in Union Sq., Somerville and Koreana which is
between Central and Inman Squares in Cambridge. WooChon
wins for their excellent (and plentiful) "free" kimchi
and other veggies, as well as good barbecue, okdol bibimbab
(sp? who knows? every restaurant seems to spell that
differently), etc. I have enjoyed everything I tried there.
It is brightly lit, and the service is decent.

Koreana has really good pancakes, soups, and a nice sweet
tea after the meal. I have enjoyed everything I have
ordered here as well. The place is a little dark and
looks like a converted bar; the service is quite good
 though.

I have also heard good things on the net about a BBQ
place in Burlington, but I haven't tried it yet.
