It's on Bowdoin St on Beacon Hill (the steep street behind the State House
running towards Cambridge St.) and like its name implies, it serves Turkish
 cuisine.

I've been there three times in the past two months with two different sets of
friends and each time we had a delicious dinner. It's a small place, no more
than 10 tables, waiters and waitresses wear bits and pieces of traditional
Turkish costumes (at least it looks so to me: I have no idea what a
 traditional Turkish dress looks like).

The prices of main dishes range between $10-15. The best is the lamb kebab in
yogurt sauce. Simply delicious! The entrees are heavily based on lamb, but
there are a couple of vegetarian dishes as well.

The best part of dinner are the appetizers and I am not going to give them due
credit, because I have no idea what goes exactly into them. A lot of them are
based on lentils, peas, humus and things like that, all served as large
portions, almost a meal onto itself. Oh, and they make their own bread, which
is served warm and fresh and together with the appetizers it can almost pass
for a dinner. The bread is really good.

From a coffee lover I heard a comment about their coffee as being an acquired
taste, whatever that means. Their tea is served in beautiful small glasses
and is very good. A little blurb in the menu says that it comes from the
 Reize region (town?) of Turkey.

They do take AX and MC/Visa.
