I've discovered a good Caribbean restaurant in Waltham. It's main negative seems to be an obscure location (next door to some industrial buildings on a one-way side street.) It also doesn't look very impressive from the outside (it looks like your typical cheap hole in the wall diner.) The food is actually quite good (and reasonably priced.) A typical dinner entree of chicken with fried plantains and a side order of rice & beans with a soft drink cost me under ten bucks and was pretty good. My ulterior motive in mentioning this place is that I've eaten there several times and like it a lot; consequently I don't want it to fold due to lack of business.
