Karen You would be hard pressed to find a more eclectic breakfast than at Mad Martha's on Plum Island, Newburyport. Go through Newburyport across the bridge towards Plum Island and turn left when you see the ocean. Mad Martha's is 300 yards on the left. Not fancy mind you, but homemade breads, hearty omelets, fresh ingredients served casual. Open for about two years, the place is a madhouse on a weekend morning in Summer, but reseaonably accessible in Fall/winter. Mad Martha will be mad if you don't try it.
