While browsing Newbury St last night, I came upon this amazing new teahouse called Qingping. It's a Chinese style teahouse, with lovely artwork, incredible tea service and beautiful furniture to sit and linger over your pot of tea. They only serve tea, nothing more however. Their card says, Gallery Teahouse, Boston, Beijing and Kumming. They just opened and could be quite special, but because they only serve tea, I don't know how long they will survive. I think Bostonians will want something more, like some kind of tea cake or cookies. They are dead set on not serving food. Anyone else been there?
