Diva (Davis Square) lunch buffet?

I work in Davis Square and have the Diva lunch buffet regularlyand find it reliably good. The selection is not huge, perhaps 6 or 7 dishes plus pakoras or samosas, and a soup. The tomato coconut soup is to die for. Other good Davis Square spots are Fusion Express (odd name/good food) and Orleans at the other end of the square by the movie.

Anyone ever try the lunch buffet at Diva (Indian restaurant)? I was wondering
>>how it was. Was by there last night and noticed they had one (we ate at
>>Redbones, followed by dessert at Denise's).

Actually, I find Diva pretty uninteresting. For a better buffet Indian lunch, try the India Palace in Union Square, Somerville. They have a better selection and are more of a family place. Diva can feel like a chain, sometimes. India Palace seems to vary their dishes somewhat, as well. They also offer raita, a mint yogurt sauce, a sweet sauce and the onion chutney-style condiment so often found in Indian restaurants (I should learn its name).

Some people like Bombay Club in Harvard, but I have never been fond of that place.
