Go to Cafe Pavone. It's in Manchester, NH one hour north of Boston. It has great italian food and is quite romantic. It sits on the bank of the Merrimack River so the view is fairly nice as well. My girlfriend works there and she says people propose there all the time, so it's worth a shot give them a call 603-622-5488 they have a garden patio, and a great wine selection. Enjoy.
