There's El Oriental De Cuba on Centre St. in Jamaica Plain. I went there recently and really enjoyed it - good food and very reasonable prices. Ann P. wrote: > Sounds lovely..thanks for the info. Yep, that's a good one (though not as good as the Cuban food I've had in Florida). Just up the street Miami Restaurant (looks like a pizza/sub shop) also serves Cuban food. Staying with the Latin American theme (though not Cuban), and staying in the same neighborhood, I really like the El Salvadorean snacks and plates at La Pupusa Guanaca, which is also on Centre St. (and fairly easy to miss, but it's next to the Brendan Behan Pub). The menu is pretty limited, but everything I've tried has been good, and reasonably priced. The atmosphere isn't much -- sort of like a nice sub shop -- but the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Marcel
