Chillingsworth in Brewster is expensive, but excellent. The price is prixe fixe and includes 5-6 courses.

Whenever we go out to the Cape we make a point to start out early and stop at Penner's in Bourne for breakfast. Amazing omelets, plus the traditional cornbread and beans, if you're so inclined. Take the Rte 6 business district exit before you get to the bridge and follow the old route towards the Cape. You'll see a tall red tower just after a smaller bridge. Kinda tacky looking, but great.

Also there's a wonderful northern Italian place on Main Street in Hyannis. Can't think of the name, though. Big help, eh?
